I miss the crunchy type foods--I found this terrific recipe --you use bean sprouts, cooked spinach, minced onions, add 2 eggs, 1/2 wheat flour, salt & pepper--mix all together--spread on cooking sheet and bake at 350 for 30 minutes--yummy and crunchy--( I'm going to top it with thin sliced tomatoes the next time I try it)
I use a pkg of bean sprouts, 1 cup cooked spinach and also 1/2 skim milk
