Bacon and Eggs have very little carbs. Try Turkey Bacon or Jimmy Dean's Sausage links at 33 calories each or Canadian Bacon which is about 100 calories for 3 slices. Add 1 piece of Rye toast and your set.
Eating high fat foods puts you at risk for heart disease
If your diabetes doctor has not told you, those with diabetes are at an increased risk of heart disease. Eating high fat foods puts you at a greater disavantage. Eat fish like tuna and salmon 2X a week. Baked goods are loaded with sugar, sodium, junky white flour & tons of preservatives so bake your own with Almond Meal Flour or white bean flour. Stay away from bacon..chose canadian bacon instead and eat only rarely.
Omega 3 fats alleviate depression eat walnuts, flaxseeds and fish. Celery with a dab if peanut butter can prevent dips in blood sugar. Sugar can leave you grumpy, depressed and tired. For breakfast have 2 eggs and canadian bacon or some plain yogurt with berries. SKIP the toast and jelly.
