Try using a smaller plate when eating or filling another plate with smaller portions. Sometimes when we eat out or at someone's home, we have the dinner plate. Be careful!

    In the beginning of this ordeal with my heart disease, in the trek to find ways to lose weight. I did not believe a smaller plate could make a difference in how much you eat or how full you would feel. But it does. It really works!
