Though I feel great physically, emotionally and mentally after a workout. There are days when I just don't feel like doing it. So, I just get up before I talk myself out of it and I Just Do IT! Afterward, I have such a rewarding feeling!

    I feel the same way but I tell myself if you don't exercise you will gain all the weight you have lost!!! Don't make excuses!! This helps me!!

    This blog is a great example of persistence! I too feel like skipping a work-out sometimes. However if I have everything in my car I force myself to stick it in the gym locker. This act forces me to visit the gym and feel guilty for not doing some type of work-out even though I may not feel motivated.

    I agree about feeling better when you exercise. My first step is to bring my workout clothes to work..I bring a bunch after they come out of the laundry and load them into my locker at work- then get it in either on my lunch hour or after, sometimes both! Keep it up everyone!
