When sweet cravings hit, 'once you cop, you can't stop!!' When the craving (or temptation hits for the first time, I tell myself, "I will, but in 30 minutes". I keep this up as long as I can. By the time I give in, I still do less damage than I would have done. Sugar has NO nutritional value!!! So it's not a necessity, but a luxury. Let's make it worth it and enjoy it even more!

Sometimes I get hunger cravings, between meals, though instead of reaching for food, I try a glass of water and wait for about 30 minutes. Most times it is my thirst creating the craving, though if after 30 minutes, if I still have a craving, I go for some lean protein, nuts, etc. It works!
