  • No, you CAN'T blow it. It's a change in lifestyle, not a diet. Can you commit to NEVER "over-indulging" for the rest of your life? Just choose a short detour and get back on the road. Take it as a given. Keep it in context, though. SHORT detours can become a change in direction. Little detours just acknowledge the long-term lifestyle you've chosen. - by GORDONODELL
