    This is one I need TODAY. I have to weigh in at WW and have blown it this week. I also blew it the week before. Gotta get back to it....today!

    I like the quote," You haven't failed unless you quit!" I try to keep that in mine when I weight in and haven't lost anything. emoticon emoticon

    No, you CAN'T blow it. It's a change in lifestyle, not a diet. Can you commit to NEVER "over-indulging" for the rest of your life? Just choose a short detour and get back on the road. Take it as a given. Keep it in context, though. SHORT detours can become a change in direction. Little detours just acknowledge the long-term lifestyle you've chosen.
