10:00Am 15 Unsalted Almonds
Noon Lettuce, Kale 10 cherry tomatoes, 4 oz chicken breast and 2 tbs of Kens Healty Options Italian Dressing
2:00PM 1 Egg and 10 cherry tomatoes
4:00 4 Walnuts and 1/2 of Fage Yogurt
6:00PM 2 Cups of Spinach, 1 sm. Sweet Potato plain, 4 oz. of chicken
