One great way for me to stay motivated to exercise is to commit to workout with someone else. Whether it be a friend, my better half, a trainer or someone at my gym.....by committing, it makes me not just blow off working out because I don't want to let the other person down. emoticon

    Definitely a good tip, my only problem is when that other person starts to flake out. Then it's back to working on motivating myself without them
