I am a huge lover of cheese and pimento cheese and I'm not sure if this is only available in the southern part of the U.S. or not, but I rediscovered this recently and am in love. It has 70 calories for 2 tbsp. and I usually only use 1 tbsp. so low-calorie sandwiches in store for me. The first ingredient is cheddar cheese so it has calcium, which is good for you. I would NOT describe this as a "healthy" food, because it does have mayo in it (reduced fat) in it with unhealthy fat.
