We all want that perfect figure, but beating ourself up is no help. Try to lighten up a little. I take my new lifestyle very seriously but if I have something I shouldn't I just try to overcome it, move on and try to make better choices the next time.
The idea is learn from our mistakes and learn to make healthy choices we can live with not to feel deprived and hungry.
The sayings, "Hindsight is 20/20." and "Learn from your mistakes." But... why not use someone else's 20/20 hindsight and learn from someone else's mistakes? I know some of us need to learn things on our own, but we really could go a lot farther faster if we would adopt this new philosophy!
