I found that when I started writing down what I ate, I was amazed at all the "bad" stuff I was consuming. It helped me turn things around to where I started eating healthier. Putting my daily food intake on paper held me accountable to myself & kept my calorie count in check.

    I totally agree with writing down my food intake for the day. Less snacking, when I see I am accountable on paper.
