i find that if i can get in a couple of servings of fruits and veggies for breakfast, i am more likely to meet my 5 servings quota.. to do this - one fruit and a glass of juice* can total up to 3 servings..

I've had problems getting in my fruits and veggies in every day and so now I throw in a cup of the GIANT bag of frozen fruit I got from Costco into my morning protein shake. Makes the shake last long (b/c there's more now) and I get a good mix of fruits in the morning
I make a point of having 1/2 orange and 1/2 apple with each breakfast. Or I cut fruit into oatmeal. I like fruit but find it hard to get in 3 or more servings per day. When I start with fruit in the morning, it motivates me to eat smart rest of day.
At my health club they provide a fruit after you workout. I'm ready to eat my second fruit of the day. By night I'm ready to finish my evening with the required veg and fruit.
