Just sprinkle a little cinnamon, or pumpkin spice over the grounds before you start the coffee maker. Your coffee will taste great. I do it with ground decaf coffee. It really saves money over the coffee shop coffee.

Great ideas - I wonder, how much cocoa and/or cinnamon to a pot?

It is a great way to change up the coffee now and then.

Another spice that's different and nice is cardamom. Then used fat free sweetened condensed milk for the 'creamer/sweetener' [2 TBS for 1 cup of coffee]. Then use light whipped cream on top w/sugar/cinnamon sprinkled on top! It's about 150 calories but VERY worth it for a now and then splurge! emoticon

You can buy vanilla and caramel sugarless syrup made just for caoffe. I find them on sale at specialty shops for $3.00 a bottle and it really is a good sweet treat to use them in my decaf.
