Smaller is better, use a salad plate instead of a regular plate and a salad fork to slow down the eating. It looks like to have tons of food and your stomach fills up faster.

    I usually use a salad plate, but I've never thought of using a salad fork. Great idea!

    My husband and I have used a Salad Plate rather than a Dinner Plate for several months now and guess what, we always feel full.
