Lavish combines chocolate morsels with 100% whole grain oats for a naturally thick, rich and chewy texture. This is stick to your ribs oatmeal. It's not overly sweet but has a rich chocolate flavor. This is going to be my new breakfast at work. It takes a bit longer (1.5 to 2 mins) to microwave but it's worth it.

Hooray for dark chocolate! Eating about 30 calories a day of dark chocolate — that's about half an ounce — was shown to help lower blood pressure without weight gain or other adverse effects, according to a study published in the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA).
Dark Chocolate is good for you..get Hershey's sugar free..eat one piece a day
Freeze dark or any kind of decadent chocolate you like. I find that if I let the bag just sit in my cupboard I am more apt to just grab piece after piece until I've binged big time. Freezing it not only keeps you from overindulging, but letting it melt slowly in your mouth helps you feel satisfied with less.
My favorite chocolate is Lindt's 70-80% cacao dark chocolate.
