Start everyday with a packet of oatmeal. I actually double the recommended water and drink the oatmeal throughout the morning. I stay feeling full right up until lunch time. This was quick, easy, and helped me drop 40 pounds in 9 weeks (this and a lot of exercise )

I make big batches of Oatmeal for the whole week. I boil 4 cups of water while soaking 2 cups of Oatmeal in water. When the water starts to boil, I put the soaked oatmeal in the boiling water, turn down the heat and let it boil for 5 minutes. Then I have ready oatmeal anytime I need some .
