Post-It Pad/pen [for To-Do List] On The Door~~helps Me Remember What To Get!
Members Were Sparked
With this busy holiday season comes many extra things to do ,errands to run ,supplies to get!To help me remember what I need to do,get ,or errands,I write it on a post-it pad during the day ,and I tape that post-it pad & pen "eye-level" to the door to the garage. Then, as I'm GOING OUT THE DOOR,I grab my "list" and I'm ready to go! This way the "list" is on my WAY OUT the door so I don't LOSE it or forget it in the house because I SEE IT as I open the door to go to the car.
Note: Make sure to use heavyweight tape! I use clear sealing package tape!

I make a list of major projects every month and date it. Then as the month goes by, I cheerfully cross off what I have done. I also mark little notes near the project. I keep the lists and enjoy looking back to a couple years ago and revisiting the progress I have made. It is almost a journal only without much writing...203
I have a purple fine tip pen and a certain pad that are only used for this list. 90
Todo lists tend to grow, and grow, and grow, until you finally get disgusted and throw it out and start fresh, and so the cycle repeats. Instead, write down the stuff that you didn't do at the end of the day, and still want to do on a separate page. Now throw the todo list out. Wait a while, or until the next morning. Create a new Todo list, put the things on your mind in today's new list, check yesterdays list to see if any of those items are still worth doing; throw out yesteday's list.
Tired of not getting everything crossed off that "To Do List" each day?? Instead of doing a To Do List....I now do a "Done Did List"!! What I do is, as I complete or accomplish as task, I ADD it to my list of what I HAVE done that day!
Now instead of dealing with a list of anywhere from 5-10 things that maybe half were not getting done daily, I now consistently have a list of anywhere from 5-10 things that ARE getting done daily.
And best of all? No more anxiety that I didn't get this or that done that is now put off till tomorrow AGAIN...and lots of good feelings that I have this list of what I "Done Did" that day and nothing put over to another day.
