Use the food and activity tracking tools to enter your planned meals for the day. This way you can gauge how your calorie intake looks and make adjustments before eating. Adding exercise also helps to make it more scheduled and committed to.

I can make changes to decisions for eating before they happen, and plan a reward for myself if it looks like it fits in the day.

    I have always done this with at least breakfast and lunch. Dinner is so far off from this early in the morning.

I usually have a good idea what supper will be....but not totally I log that in later...
