I've found ground turkey breast to be too lean for burgers, but ground turkey is a bit too fatty. So, I combine equal amounts of each, then form the patties. These turkey burgers are just right, not too lean, not too fatty. I make a lot, then individually wrap the patties and freeze them.

I just bought 97% fat free ground turkey to make turkey burgers (add chopped onion, garlic, spices, etc.)I had a little left over and made 4 or 5 mini burgers (2" around)... Baked as regular, then froze them... Perfect snack when I want substance and protein...but not a full meal...delish!
