This Sparked Me!

I find a quick and easy way for me to make sure that I get my daily requirement of veggies in is to pack a bag of Steam Fresh veggies (broccoli and green beans are my favorites). Within 5-7 minutes it's ready to eat and that holds me over until lunch time. It also prevents me from overeating during lunch because I'm still partially full. emoticon emoticon emoticon

    That is a good idea!! I usually roast my vegetables with a packet of lipton onion soup mix!! Its yummy!!! emoticon
