This time of year can be very difficult especially if you have lost someone it can bring up memories that can make it difficult to not become sad or depressed. I like to bake or make a dish in memory of that person. I swear everytime I do this it feels that they are right in the kitchen beside me! Then spread the happiness and cheer of this person by sharing it or giving the dish away and telling them about the person who inspired it.
