Christmas Cookies "Diabetic Style"



Yesterday, I made 5 different Batches of Cookies. (eg, pressed cookies, sugar cut outs,) I used Olivio intead of butter, split the sugars=half splenda brown sugar and half regular brown sugar, White Whole Wheat Pastry Flour instead of All Purpose Flour.
Well, the Men came home from work and, of course, got into the containers. They Loved them and are None the Wiser ! ! ! AND they are eating Healthier.
