Red Potatoes are usually creamier and have less starch then white potatoes. Red also has more nutrition, vitamin C and potassium and lots of fiber.
One medium potato contains only 110 calories and is 99 percent fat free! Add yogurt instead of sour cream or butter

    i only eat red skined potoatoe. they have a more creamer taste plus there better for you. emoticon
