Red Potatoes are usually creamier and have less starch then white potatoes. Red also has more nutrition, vitamin C and potassium and lots of fiber.

    I wonder how blue potatoes compare. Mind you, I only know of one place locally to get them.

    I love red potatoes and I glad that they are healthier than the white. Skin is easier to eat so.
