Every evening after dinner, set out the things you will need for the morning. Lay out clothes, arrange breakfast items, place bags to take in next to the front door. Doing it the night before can shave huge amounts of time off your morning routine!
Bonus: this keeps you busy in the evenings when you might be prone to snacking! It's also fun to get the kids in on - my daughter loves choosing her outfit for the next day and laying it across a chair so she can dress herself in the morning.

when you stop doing exercise for a least a week the first day I only do 20 min walking 3xday bike only 5 min every hr. and the step 5min q hr. the next day only walking increments of 5 min every time I do this every day and monday, Wed. Fri. I increase with 20 min x one wk. the following wk. I am ready to follow with my schedule.
As many who know me know I HATE to cook so eating healthy espically as a single is a chore. I have discovered the deli section of my gorcery has cooked chicken, skinless whole cooked chickens.. So I buy one, grap a couple of sweet potatoes and a bag of frozen veggie and I have dinner for couple days
Best is that it is healthy and requires a min of prep time.
I do the core of my Cardio training before a weight session, usually a combination of speed intervals and hills for 20 min. - do my weight sets (40 min.) - then finish with a steady paced 15 min. jog... makes for the perfect 75 min workout!
