Try having your husbands or other males in your life do self exams and to check to see how often he needs a mammogram. I have mine yearly in my birthday month. My hubby is always there with me checking. This year was the dreaded response - you have breast cancer. We are both fighting my fight and he is good medicine for me, reminding me to fight not only for myself, but others who have this nasty thing or those who have been taken, and never ever give up fighting for life and hope for a cure.
