Mindless Eating




If you are having trouble with mindless eating then do it with Veggies. Can't help but sit at your computer or in front of the TV without a bowl full of munchies? Fine...keep a bunch of cut up veggies in the fridge and when you get that urge throw a bunch in a bowl and munch away. You will soon make this veggie time a part of your day.
