Instead of forgoing sweets entirely, limit what you take in!

MORE INFORMATION:
Instead of four or five cookies, I have one. Instead of 6-10 chocolates, have one.

I have found that I only have about 1-2 sweet treats a week since I've started limited my chocolate/cookies/candy intake!

    I agree with you! Too many people think it is all about losing weight but it is about a lifestyle change!!

    Just be sure to be honest when you log it in....this is a lifestyle change...not a prison sentence...make this life plan YOURS!!!
