On good days when I am staying within my calorie limit, I often feel very hungry especially getting late in the night or at supper. At these times, I tend to be more flexible saying 'it is okay if I go over my calories a bit, I'm hungry'; this is the most important time to restrain myself!

I'm pretty sure you've all heard this before. But this really works. If you ever feel like your hungry, ask yourself, "Am I hungry or thristy?" Chances are your thirsty. Always drink at least a glass of ice cold water before eating as well. This helps you eat less and avoid binge eating. Never replace Sodas or Sugary Drinks with Water. That only pulls your dehydration down even lower. Drink Waer instead. Your body will Thank You!
I remember a few years back, no one could get me to drink water. And during that time, I always felt really hungry and tired. My answer: Water. Water, Water, Water. You need it for everything. It's an helping aid in all that you do. It keeps you cool as well.
If you don't have an icebox upstairs, there is no easy access to anything to eat, you have to think...Am I really THAT Hungry?? Do I really WANT to make that trip up & down the stairs again?? Trust me, it gets tiring. Added bonus, if you do decide you are that hungry & it is worth another trip up & down the stairs you automatically burn calories!
I learned this when my kitchen icebox went out! I'm TIRED of Eating!!! LOL
