Taking a few minutes to cut up raw vegetables and even put them in individual serving sizes makes healthy low-cal snacks as easy to grab and munch on as a bag of chips. Also, don't wait until you are famished to eat, a small undiet snack is better for your metabolism than starving your cells.

    I do this all the time!! It really helps at campus where there are snack machines everywhere
