I've been earning a single daily Spark Point by adding something to my schedule but I've been a wee bit lazy about it, scheduling regular day-to-day things like work. Today is different, though! Today I'm going to schedule something above & beyond my typical day. I'm going to start scheduling special projects that need to get done and might not get done, otherwise! That will help me stay focused on that as well!!! :-D Happy Sparking!!!

When you are having a pity party for yourself, try to refocus on all the positive things in your life to re-attune your attitude. Look at your accomplishments, all you are grateful for (it could be just because you woke up today sometimes! lol). "A joyful spirit is evidence of a grateful heart"
Keep saying "I am grateful for______" filling in the blanks each time with something different until you can no longer think of anything.
189 One thing that works for me is keeping an eye on the clock. If meals & workout times are kept consistent it will all fit into the day. Scheduling & compartmentalizing my day has brought with it consistency and a lot of success. I don't allow myself to while away time in front of the computer screen or watching something of interest on TV when it's time for a workout or when it's time to eat. Hope this might help you too.
