I work out late at night, and see the same other late-night exercisers at my gym over and over. Instead of visiting THE gym to work out, I have taken ownership, and it's MY gym! I belong there as much as anyone else, taking ownership has made me more comfortable, just like MY pizza place, MY butcher shop, MY vegetable stand, MY grocery store! It works!!! 104
