I love to play Just Dance on the Wii. By playing it for an hour I forget that I'm even exercising...just having a blast! In an hour of hard play, I can burn between 500 and 600 calories...playing video games!

Trick yourself into exercising by using the Wii or similar device. Get moving for a small amount of time and then build up to 60 plus minutes. Soon you will enjoy exercise and want to try other things.
