Change is a fact of life. Given time, circumstance, or an unfortunate sequence of events, your ‘world’ will change at some point. Use that knowledge to appreciate what you have in the present. Constantly look for ways to adapt and improve the person you are. If the Present doesn’t ‘work’ for you, use THAT feeling as motivation to change your life into something better. You’ll be happy you did, and so will the people who care about you
People often hit plateaus and wonder why nothing is HAPPENING. It’s almost as if our bodies are telling us, it needs a change and a challenge to become ‘stronger’ and live. Change your routines, your menu, your activities, your thinking. Look forward to Change as a way to try something new.
