Fall Off The Wagon.Get Back On!




I try to eat HEALTHY FOODS,but have that nagging sweettooth!When I fall off the nutrition"wagon" , I AM CONSISTENT about getting BACK ON TRACK THE NEXT DAY! AND I make sure I EXERCISE THE NEXT DAY! This has helped me during my 6 mos .{as of 12.14.10}of maintenance!
