Whenever I feel sluggish from having eaten badly or skipped workouts, starting my day off with a workout and a great breakfast (usually oats with whey protein powder) reminds me of all the reasons I enjoy clean eating and an active lifestyle; it definitely boosts my energy and confidence tenfold emoticon

    I just cook them on the stovetop, with water or unsweetened soy milk, and add 1 scoop of protein powder about a minute before i take them off the stove top and stir it in :) - by SJURDI1987
