Huddle with all of your teams every day. It will serve the same purpose as a Huddle in Football. By the time you have gone to each team you will have read/ and heard in you head Go Team! Woo Hoo! You can do it! Make it Happen! Even (especially) on days where I feel like a lump the Huddle gets me up and exercising.

It has been so motivating and fun to find a spark team related to exercise. The posts and team huddles are a great way to keep motivated, and provides nice accountability. I found the 30 Day Shred team - shred it! The team members have really kept me going- 30 day streak for exercise!
Stay positive by BEING positive for someone else's sake. Pick a random member on one of your Team huddles (not a friend yet) click on their page, and give them a star goodie (or any goodie) with a short note of encouragement. Do this every day and it will cheer you up as you cheer others on!!
Although, I totally agree that message boards provide an AMAZING support system - I have been floored by how much support I have gotten from a simple "I need Help" on a Team Huddle board. SparkPeople is so vast and has so much to offer... it is best to try and get support and find ways to support others by checking out all avenues through the community!! 9252
