I have successfully maintained my weight for 13 years simply by being human at times. 2 days a month I let myself eat or drink whatever I want. I don't miss the way i looked as a 2x 13 years ago but I enjoy eating occasionally like I did when I was fat.

I use the flyladies timer and do 15 minutes of what ever needs done then 15 minutes of rest/fun then 15 more minutes of what ever needed done. works wonders
