I found that kettlebells were the exercise for me. I never knew what a kettlebell was until I found them at a sport section. Try new things...you may be surprised what gets you motivated emoticon

Ooooo! I like kettlebells, too. I found a nice workout in a recent issue of Prevention. (I can't remember which one. I tore out those pages and laminated them, but they don't have the issue date on them.) The entire workout takes 15-20 minutes. Then I add some moves of my own to get about a half-hour workout while I watch something I taped on TV. I bought 2 so I can use one 8.8 lb weight or use one in each hand for a total of 17.6 lbs. Just be careful not to drop one on your toe. I dropped one a few nights ago and just missed my foot. (Although I prefer not to shop at Walmart due to many law suits about the way they treat workers, I purchased mine online from Walmart because two were less than one everywhere else & I wasn't sure I would like them. I bought the plain black ones, not the fancy ones in bright colors. I can't remember how much they cost, but I think about $25-30 for two including shipping.) - by STORMY724
