It is no fun to be sick and especially if you are getting sick at least once a month. If this is the case maybe a visit to your personal care physician (PCP) is the first step to getting you feeling better. I have the challenge of having my DGD for 4 days and since I have been sick, weak in the hospital from the chemo but getting stronger I was going to push. I am getting stronger every day and making sure we have a lot of fun. So always finish a challenge to be proud of yourself. Love your grandchildren and do as much as you can with them. Smile and be happy and healthy. Joyce
I was so sick on Tuesday night that I couldn't keep anything down. I lay down. Most of today I lay down as well. Sometimes, the best thing to do when you are sick is to lay down until you get to feeling better. I was able to do a little bit of exercise tonight.
