Eating oatmeal daily has reduced my cholesterol by 21 points! My cholesterol was well maintained with meds. Now it's low enough that the doctor is cutting back on the meds.

    My favorite breakfast is oatmeal with morningstar breakfast patty. Yummy!!!

I love my egg white vegie omelets too.

    I also like having oatmeal cereal for breakfast everyday, but I make it a double serving with cinnamon and sometimes raisins in it for extra oomph.
