Smoothie Shortcut



I usually buy tons of bananas when I go to the store and chop them up and put them in freezer bags to freeze and have on hand for quick smoothies! I chop them into about 6 pieces each for easy measuring and then I don't have to add ice cream or frozen yogurt to my smoothies because the frozen bananas create the same texture and you save tons of calories this way! Much healthier and so convenient!
