I usually buy tons of bananas when I go to the store and chop them up and put them in freezer bags to freeze and have on hand for quick smoothies! I chop them into about 6 pieces each for easy measuring and then I don't have to add ice cream or frozen yogurt to my smoothies because the frozen bananas create the same texture and you save tons of calories this way! Much healthier and so convenient!

I do this as well. I also use the bananas when I make pancakes. I defrost one or two and add it to the batter. More fruit, and adds some nutrition to the treat of pancakes.
