I begin my day with planning my meals and workouts. This helps keep me on-track all day. As the day progresses, I check-off my Fruits/Veggies & Water using SparkPeople. The Food Tracker is easy to use and I can usually find anything there. Create Food Grops to make it even easier.

The best way to lose weight and stay on track is to plan as much as possible! Plan your food, plan your exercise, plan your rest days... its fine to adjust the plan as needed, but having it on paper helps you to stick with it!
I plan my meals at least a week in advance to make sure I have the right nutrition. I grocery shop, get all my supplies in advance, and do prep work. I also plan out all my exercise for the week. If its on my schedule, it's harder to skip. I can always adjust later if needed, but planning works!
