Just Do It, And Just Do It Every Day

In order to form healthy habits, it is important to "just do it" when it comes to exercise. As long as you can start with at least 10 minutes of cardio every single day, you will find it easier to increase both the number of minutes of exercise and the intensity of exercise. Gradually increase amount of time and intensity, and soon you will "just do it" every day without even thinking (or complaining) about it!! You CAN do it!!

  • Too many people, myself included, want to find an exercise they will enjoy so that they will exercise consistently. While some exercises are definitely more enjoyable than others, the important thing is to "just do it"... you might surprise yourself and end up enjoying it!     Here's a way to keep things moving in the right direction since we all want to stay fit and motivated during the busy (and calorie-filled) holiday season by pledging to run at least one mile every day, Thanksgiving through New Year's.

    Pledge to run/walk at least one mile every day, from Thanksgiving (that's Thursday, November 22) through New Year's Day. Track your mileage and keep it moving!
