Sometimes it is really hard to get back on track. I set a goal to lose two pounds in October and two pounds in November. I planned to lose, but I gained about half a pound. Instead of giving up, like I would have in the past, I just kept trying. I just had a nice loss, or as some of my good SparkFriends call it, a release of weight this month.
I've said it before, but I do think "just keep trying," "do the best you can do each day," and "never give up" are the best secrets of my success!
