Just Keep Trying

Members Were Sparked
This Sparked Me!

Sometimes it is really hard to get back on track. I set a goal to lose two pounds in October and two pounds in November. I planned to lose, but I gained about half a pound. Instead of giving up, like I would have in the past, I just kept trying. I just had a nice loss, or as some of my good SparkFriends call it, a release of weight this month.

I've said it before, but I do think "just keep trying," "do the best you can do each day," and "never give up" are the best secrets of my success!

So true. It is so easy to get discouraged, but if we keep pushing forward we will see results.

To affirm what Boopster69 said, our weight might fluctuate from day to day, and we just need to keep working our programs and moving forward. We don't fail 'til we quit trying!

Anyone who has done the diet, quit, diet again, quit again can attest that you are right. If you keep doing the right things you will eventally get the right results. If you keep doing the wrong things . . . well, you get the idea.
