Sometimes it is really hard to get back on track. I set a goal to lose two pounds in October and two pounds in November. I planned to lose, but I gained about half a pound. Instead of giving up, like I would have in the past, I just kept trying. I just had a nice loss, or as some of my good SparkFriends call it, a release of weight this month.
I've said it before, but I do think "just keep trying," "do the best you can do each day," and "never give up" are the best secrets of my success!

On Sunday, I try to remember to boil two or three eggs. When my Daily Report shows that I need more protein, I reach for a hard boiled egg. I slice it into several slices (on a plate) and add about a Tablespoon of salsa verde (green salsa). YUM ! and it makes you want to drink another glass of water.4
I try to keep Herdez Salsa Verde on hand at all times.
You just have to keep trying. If you have a bad meal or an extra piece of cake, don't despair. Just make sure your next meal is healthier. This is a lifelong process, so you will have your good days and your bad days...just like with everything else in life.
