I cook using only recipies that show the total calories per serving and carbs. I will only experiment with recipies that have less than 300 calories and under 9 carbs per serving. This helps my family as well as myself to maintain control of my diet.
You only need a computer or cook book.
When I have a dinner party I don't prepare gooey fancy like I used to. Instead I make vegetable crudities with a Spark recipe dip. I have green tea and sparkling water . I let friends bring alcohol. The main course is a spark recipe such as baked flounder and the fixings. Jem
