I joined a goal of adding up my sparkpoints everyday and for each point I add a penny to my jar.
So far I have 38.94 in my jar. I use change I find lying around the house, in jeans pockets, under cushions, in the car). So what do I plan to do with this change? Buy me 3 lb weights and a workout dvd! Who knows what else! It is money we didn't miss and I am staying motivated in the process!
At the top of every hour stop do 25 sit ups and 25 push ups. If you can't do a real push up do the modified ones. This will not only get you into doing some exercise every day but it will also help you to increase the amount of push ups and sit ups you can do. Also helps to add stuff to your Fitness calculator.
