I don't know if this has been written before but I find if I eat an apple a day, I lose weight. Of course you still have to watch what you eat, but that 1 or 2 apples really help. A medium apple has just 60-100 calories, virtually no fat and no sodium and it's a filling snack.
Eating an apple a day helps me lose weight! The fiber helps fill me up and the Honeycrisp Apples which I love satisfies my sweet tooth. I take one with me every day and eat that rather than stopping at a fast food restaurant.9
I eat two apples a day no matter what! Apples fill me up, take longer to chew, keeps me regular, not expensive, always available at the grocery store, I never get tires of eating them, last but not least, as important as all of the above, they taste good! 4
