We all have crazy days when our schedules are tight and we don't have the time for our regular workout. Be flexible. Focus on what you CAN do, not what you can't. If you can't fit in your usual 3 mile run, maybe you can still go for a quick walk and then stretch.

    Thanks for the reminder. I was sick for the past two weeks and I was unable to exercise and I really miss it. But as soon as I am better I am sure to get out there and exercise .
