It takes about 20 minutes for chemicals in your body to signal your brain when you're full. By eating 20 peanuts, 12 almonds, or 6 walnuts with a glass of water 20 minutes before a meal, you can naturally trigger the release of these chemicals. You'll end up eating less!!!
